I have to say I think the marine park fee of $5 per year very light for roatan doubling this would double the annual revenue of which is ?

I like the idea of the decompression chamber being included in the fee in Utila, but I think the $3 per day a little high and makes the margins for the shops harder and thus diving a bit more expensive also considering they use more gas to get to the dives sites further around.

What would you consider a good charging method and amount ?

How timely.
Calvin man, we just had a general assembly meeting on Monday at which all dive shops agreed to increase the marine park user fee to $10/year.  We have also opted to have a second option of $3/day. I'm really stoked about this development as it will allow us to increase or resources, staff and projects.  I guarantee all visitors that you will see the results here on Roatan.

I think $3 per day a bit steep. What will it include, any after dive icecream.
